How can I save money and obtain a credit card and become part of the international world?

I want to take part in many world wode activities, but they always ask for credit card, American Express etc. Now I live in Africa were we are not expose to these things. I need some education on how to remain in Africa and obtain a credit card.|||If you live in South Africa, just Google "Africa credit card". One of the companies mentioned is Bluebean. I don't know anything about them, but they require South African residency and income of R4000 a month. There may be others, but i just check out one of them.
