Can I take out money from my Vanilla Mastercard?

I only wanted to purchase 1 thing which was about 22$ and now i have about 30 left over but i want it to go into my bank account. Is there a way to transfer the money from the card to my bank acc?|||I have no idea what kind of card that is, but there should be a number for you to call and ask. Look on the back.
