My brother wants to be approved for a credit card to buy an engagement ring but how can he be approved without a credit rating?|||In the current market, you are unlikely to get unsecured credit (a credit card) without (1) regular income and (2) a good credit history. Credit is simply not be issued to others.
His best bet is probably a credit union.|||Get a job, and pay ALL bills on time (rent, utility, etc). After 12 months, he should be able to get the cc.|||credit card in unsecured loan. so generally you can not get it with out credit rating. you can contact private lenders if you want.|||Go to the bank and ask them U have to fill out an appliction ...but if hes doesnt have a credit rating then you can apply for a student creditcard..if hes in a vocational school or college.. ask ur bank about it i did it but i got denyed because i had lots of hospital dept..goodluck|||Use CreditCard.com.
