Paypal to bank acc. transfer is complete but money takes 4-5 days to show on bank acc. should i send the item?

am i in the clear or is there stil a grey area where a dispute might be raised by the buyer and the money retracted into his bank acc. even tho its been transferred out of paypal BUT hasnt reached my bank acc yet.|||Once the money is in PAYPAL you can safely send the item. If the money doesn't clear their bank, they will pull back from paypal, but if you've already transferred it, Paypal cannot legally take that money back from you. Once the funds appear in your PayPal account as NOT PENDING, they HAVE CLEARED whatever payment vehicle the buyer used, be it their bank, PayPal funds, or a credit card.








You can only be free and clear of a chargeback / dispute after 60 days ( they must INITIATE the chargeback in 30), and if you hold the merchandise that long, you will be sure to have been reported to Ebay AND to Paypal, thus losing your sellers account AND PayPal account for non-performance of seller...
